[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device has fantastic Galaxy AI capabilities. The camera takes fantastic high resolution pictures. The phone has all the latest APP's and full streaming capabilities. Transitioning from WIFI to carrier is automatic with easy settings. Display is large and easy to read along with large digital keypad. Galaxy AI capabilities allow me to save time with document review and texting.

Still a Beast of a Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is great! Everything from Galaxy AI features to speedy processor. This phone exceeds in Everything. I use it for work, school, and play. The camera takes incredible shots. The S Pen comes in handy, especially for work. When on vacation, everyone wants me to take the pictures. I've been a long time Samsung owner. This is the best phone I've owned.

Bad connection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the phone, great pictures and easy to navigate, however, I have many many problems with connectivity [ signal] I can't have a conversation using WhatsApp or regular phone call because the phone looses connection and the phone call drops. It is very frustrating and the issue hasn't been solved. It is not my cellphone provider, it is definitely the phone.

Nivlce but not as nice in comparison with old Note

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to purchase of ultra 24 I had a Note 10+. I expected an improved higher performance phone. The two were similar but the new phone lags. Especially after updates when it lags even more. It connects slower & features are less user friendly. Before anyone points out wifi, I have a very high speed connection & up to date router. Not to mention the Note 10+ ran extremely well on less. I don't know why the 24 is less competent to such an older device, (that I used extensively). It was a big disappointment. I've grown to accept it but not like it. I keep waiting for an update that will somehow miraculously fix it's inadequacies.

Love the phone, but hate the daily battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new Galaxy s24 ultra My only complaint is that my s21 SE I can get a full day and a half without having to charge it. The s24 ultra which is almost double the amount, and supposedly has a much stronger battery, does that even make it 67 hours without being almost completely dead. I do love the Galaxy AI feature!!
