Switching from older phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I've had great experiences with this phone, but it doesn't live up to my expectations. When I'm using this phone, the whole system feels robust and smooth compared to my older device; however some of the selling points of this device doesn't really hold up to the advertised features. First is the battery, when the phone is at 100%, the phone estimates 11 hours of battery life, but it rarely reaches that estimate. The next is the AI, the galaxy AI was one of the huge selling points of the phone, but I've only used it once so far and it was just to test it out, in which the experience was terrible and the AI couldn't even get rid of simple objects. Trying to get rid of an object turned it into an eggshell instead of just removing it

Your Galaxy S24 Ultra offers an intelligent all-day battery that can allow you to watch videos for up to 30 hours or listen to music for up to 95 hours! Actual battery life varies by network environment, features and apps used, frequency of calls and messages, the number of times charged, and many other factors. Whether you’re editing photos, browsing the web, or calling loved ones, you can use the new AI app features on your device. For example, you can effortlessly organize and summarize your ideas in Samsung Notes, receive text message assistance, find content by circling an item or image, and sync your wallpapers to the current weather conditions. These AI features were created to streamline your Galaxy experience, so you can enjoy using your phone or tablet to its fullest extent throughout the day and night. A list of your phone’s or tablet's AI features can be found in the Settings menu if you would like to adjust the options or just need a refresher. Navigate to and open Settings, then tap Advanced features, and then tap Advanced intelligence. Select your desired AI feature to learn more about it and then select your preferred options. For more information about the AI features, open Settings, and then tap Tips and user guide. After you erase your unwanted objects from your original picture, you have the option to erase the remaining shadow and/or reflection that remains if desired, that you have described in your review. Leaps and bounds better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from the galaxy s10+ I had since it came out day 1 to this S24 Ultra is amazing! This phone covers everything to speed and reliability to the amazing crisp picture. The ability to use the s pen to take photos as well as write notes and handle work orders with my work makes this device something I can use for pleasure and work. This phone is honestly one of the best phones I have ever used. The camera takes amazing pictures and the ability to zoom in on things and not see the grainy mess you usually get with zooming in is far better then previous models by far. Samsung continues to get better and better even when you think they can't possibly get better they do everytime. Good job Samsung!
