Not a great phone for the high price!

This is not a great upgrade. I should have just jeot my note 20 ultra!. I hate that it dies not have slot for SD card. For the price they should have it as option. Its a real hassle to have to usr an extra card reader to see things i take videos and pictures of.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Needs a better camera design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung S24 Ultra is great for all things it has said it would be. I like how it has these advanced features of Galaxy AI that are beyond what I ever expected. The photo look up feature the speech look up feature; so many advantages. But the one downfall of the device it the camera pop out feature, where the camera sticks out when like the S21 it was flush with the phone and was protected from being damaged. This one is out and is the first thing to be damaged with a single drop, even with a defender case on it. You drop it on the pavement, in the gravel, even in the office on the leg of the table or chair and it it broken. All else with the phone has been fantastic, even th camera capabilities are great. I am grateful to have gotten the Ultra because of the pen feature which I like to use in my documents. Would recommend it to anyone in that field.

The AI is amazing and so helpful on the 24ultra

It is absolutely the best phone I've ever owned and I have been through most of them. Purchasing the 24 ultra has made me very excited for the next product to come out. Can't wait for the next Galaxy phone the 25. It helps me with my son's homework and many other daily tasks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best part about this phone is the features. All the cameras for example. I've been making great use of them. I also use it to listen to music, watch sports and my other TV shows and play games. It has amazing speed when downloading an app or searching the web. There's so many amazing things I haven't even been able to use all the features. Once I get up to speed I will be able to use the phone to its full potential.
