It's like the 23 ultra but more boring.

This years upgrade does very little to improve upon the S23 ultra but does fix one important detail.

Pros:
-Screen is incredible
- Flat screen plays much better with SPen
-Great battery life
-premium design
- Ai is great for editing photos
- Smooth, fluid fast reliable one UI experience
Cons:
- Cameras have not improved much YOY
- No significant upgrades from the 23 ultra
- New design can be very uncomfortable in the hand

- Cameras have not improved much YOY
- No significant upgrades from the 23 ultra

They finally fixed the screen for the first time since the note 5. (Special mention Note20 standard but that wasn't TOL) It has baffled my mind that Samsung has chosen to keep the curved screen alive in the galaxy phones that use a pen. The flat screen allows me to make my notes/sketches/ etc without any worries about them getting messed up at the edges of the screen.
I was a bit disappointed in the camera. It's still a high end camera for sure, but this year it hasn't seen any meaningful improvements. It would have been nice to see that AI power bleed into the camera as opposed to live translation tools. Next time let us use AI to set color/lighting !
All in all there is very little reason to move to this from the 23 Ultra or even the 22 ultra. I would recommend you only upgrade from 21 and older.

Best picture / phone / tool
