Everything u need in 1 awesome device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ditched the laptop and use the phone for it all. It's simple to make this phone your desktop computer if u have the right comparable Samsung TV. It wirelessly uses dex to make a desktop. No more transfering between the phone and computer. The display and speed are top notch. Not 1 complaint.

Takes fantastic photos! Recently went on vacation to Puerto Rico and took amazing pics and was also able to keep up with work emails. Highly recommend.

Apps constantly closing when opened.

I just got the Samsung s24 Ultra 4 days ago. It keeps shutting down most of my apps after about 15-30 seconds. I have cleared cache and all the other things it suggests online, no joy... I factory reset the phone and started from scratch and it still will not keep apps open for more than about 15-30 seconds. Some apps work fine.
Something needs to be done to fix this.

My experience swapping to Galaxy S24 ultra

It also comes with the S Pen stylus, making it a great option for productivity and creative tasks. However, it is also quite expensive and bulky.

Phone is not pleasant to own

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My phone is for work and personal use. Luckily I have the patience of Job. Even after the promised patch so the phone will charge, it is still going to happen. What happens? The charging cord that came with the phone doesn't charge the phone. I will add that since the update, the phone will charge when it is off. Go figure.
Next, it is so offensive that a charging block is not included with the phone. I cannot ever recommend the phone.
What adds even more salt in the wound is that the cord is a non USB cord, so I had to buy new charging
blocks. I will tell every to not invest in this product.

Oh yeah, for 20 years I have only owned Samsung phones...you have really caused an issue, haven't you? Losing a long time customer was not your goal.

The inclusion of wall chargers/adapters with our new phone purchases were discontinued sometime in 2021. With many people having compatible charging blocks from previous devices, we try to lead a sustainable future by minimizing environmental impact. Wall chargers are sold separately if you do not have a compatible charging block available. If your Galaxy phone or tablet is draining quickly and doesn't seem to charge at all, doesn't charge past 85%, doesn't charge when connected to a PC, or doesn't charge when connected to Samsung DeX, there are a couple of things that may be causing the problem. For example, you may simply need to replace a worn-out USB cable, or make sure you're using the correct charger. When you have the free time in your schedule, please check out the article that I have included below titled, "Galaxy phone or tablet will not charge" that contains some quick troubleshooting steps that you can do without any outside assistance.
