Samsung for ear buds

It Does not play in both ears any music or videos with my earbuds. It only plays on my right ear. I bought Samsung ear buds and they still don't work. I just bought this phone too. Very disappointed. It plays on other phones, just not my Samsung.

Good customization and feels smooth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The customization is really good. Apps that add to that are very good as well. I can have a custom keyboard with nice effects, and even customize how I want my notification panel to be.
The phone runs super smoothly for even some demanding games. Although, there definitely is something left to be desired. Overall, the phone does a great job at running apps that need something powerful to run it.

You an absolutely turn off the Auto rotate setting of your device. You can do this by swiping down to get to the Notification panel, and then swiping down again to open up the Quick Settings. From there you can tap the Auto Rotate icon to enable or disable this setting. Thank you for being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth
