Device doesn't have Speaker installed

I received the device only to find out that there is no speaker at all. Its placeholder is empty and clearly, It was removed from the manufacturer. So disappointed as returning it is not easy and headache free.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There are speakers, but it is built into the middle control panel and is bluetooth. The side blue ones don't have anything connected as previously noted by other reviewer. Probably originally meant to be used (maybe for non-bluetooth speakers), but redesigned and whoever did write the descriptions/pics didn't bother to check??
I would recommend this to a friend!
