Not built for proper assembly

The screw holes in the chairs do not align with the threading and the chair becomes skewed and unsymmetrical if it's assembled that way. You would have to force the screw in and will need to make the hole bigger to make the chair balanced. The threading is also very weak and only a fraction of the screw size so it gets easily worn out and then the screw keeps turning without tightening.
Also, the table top does not sit evenly on the legs and it came scratched.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
