Assembly was backwards

I can’t tell anyone how well this umbrella worked or how it looks set up because I couldn’t set it up. It came assembled, aside from the base. When I went to set it up, it was pointing the wrong way. It came assembled backwards and they wanted me to disassemble it, and reassemble it due to their lack of quality control.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
