The air conditioner is actually very good, but 309 CAD is the price you buy it even from the main seller website, I am wondering why BestBuy published this huge amount of fake discounts that is almost the same amount real price. Isn't fraud to do that?

This is absolute garbage! can't be refunded. only puts humidity in the house, it's loud . my 5000 window btu is 10x time as strong. the real price is 280$ so best buy making fake deal again!!

Not happy, I don't get the good reviews. First of all, It's mini size and very cheap. My 12 year old pick it right up box and all and brought it up a flight of stairs. I mean it works, the room gets kinda cold but not nearly as much as the ones i have in the other bedrooms. Also it says it has an "auto shut off" when the pan is full, so I wasn't happy when my son's floor was flooded after using it for 1 night. Oh yeah and to empty it the valve is situated and the very bottom of the unit so have fun emptying it when they say you can't use it for 24 hours if you tilt it 45°. Lucky for me the water was already everywhere on the floor. I get these were kinda cheap but I find it's really not worth it. Gonna try and return.

This unit is easy to set up and working well. A little noisier than I thought it would be when on high. But also, things make noise when they’re working and I am not used to it yet. lol
