Arrived with an error code

Item arrived and displayed a loud, red error code upon arrival. Will now need to go through the process of getting an exchange since its best buy marketplace and not sold through best buy directly. Unclear if refund or return will be successful. Caution to others on ordering

Good little walking pad. Silent.

I recently purchased this walking pad for my small appartment. It is really compact. I can do my computer work and keep myself moving. I haven't tested how fast it goes yet. I am 210 lbs and it works well. But I think I'm at the limit of how much the motor can pull. I like the multi function support. And love how small it packs. I can roll it on its 2 little wheels and lean against a wall stays up and keep my space tidy when I don't need it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
