Great bike

So far I'm very pleased with the purchase of this exercise bike! It arrived a bit late due likely to the Xmas rush but was mostly assembled. There were clear instructions and tools provided to put together the rest which was pretty easy. It's a heavy, sturdy piece of equipment, but easy to move around. What I'm really excited about is how quiet and smooth the ride is! It also has great adjustability in terms of the seat and handlebars. Love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This bike definitely exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with the quality! I was able to assemble it in about half an hour without any issues. The bike is essentially silent when you're on it, it's extremely sturdy and it's very easy to adjust the seat and handle bars. I love that you can move the handle bars backwards and forwards to get the perfect fit. The wheels make it a breeze to move (I move it often to vacuum/wash the floors) and I have no issues moving it myself. I don't have any complaints and would highly recommend this bike.

This spin bike is terrible. Unfortunately we’ve had problems with the belt drive and the crank arm. Not well machined. Still waiting on replacement parts and it’s been months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's an ok bike but I would never buy it again. The belt ended up starting to fray and eventually it will break, they will not sell you a replacement. As the belt frays it will create a lot of noise and debris. You end up needing to take it apart every week to "trim" the belt of the torn pieces. Buyer beware.

Assembly was easy and did not take long. Includes the required tools if you do not have your own. Minor shipping damage on the heart rate monitor on the handle (couple dents) but it still works. Everything about this seems very robust and well built. I am very impressed with the magnetic resistance and happy to not have a friction pad that would require maintenance or create dust. Adjusting the seat and handle positions is easy and quick. The bike hardly creates any noise at all.
So far very happy, hopefully it lasts a while.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I placed my order on Dec 6, 2020, my bank account was debited almost immediately, not delivered until December 31, 2020 (26 days in Canada).
I did the assembly, and found that part of the display was not working. I contacted Costway, by email and explained the problem. They seemed to know right away which part was defective. This was on January 9, 2021, and they would send me a replacement part, it would take 30 to 35 days. Again this does not appear very timely.
