The assembly instructions are the worst I have ever seen. Step 1 tells me I have two different types of screws and Steps 2 and 4 tell me to use a completely different screws that are not provided. Step 1 also says I have one lock nut and in fact there are 4 but with no instruction as to which of the screws they go on.
Step 3 tells me to "Screw into the spring pin".
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The treadmill is also very loud! It makes an awful, loud squeaky noise when you run on it. It’s like you’re running on top of mice and they’re screaming. It’s so awful. Not happy that I spent $500 on this treadmill. Ive asked the seller for a refund.
Save yourself the money. Don’t purchase this treadmill!
