Arrived with a Dent

The product seems to work well. Quiet as advertised and cools the room well. However it does need quite a few manual water empties or a bucket underneath to catch the condensation.. not visually appealing when it needs the bucket but I am hoping/guessing once the humidity gets in check it will become less frequent.
The product also arrived with the wrong part of the box facing UP and the unit had a small dent in the front left, I assume during transit. Unfortunate but I was not going to go through the hastle of getting a new unit as it took quite a while to arrive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
