I had a hard time assembling this pedestal fan as no instructions were included in the box and wanted to return. Since this was shipped from the US, I decided not to go through that process. Then I was able to download instructions pertaining to this product and was successful in assembling the fan. I now find it working well. The remote control is a very useful addition and it becomes handy at night. I use this fan in my bedroom and I am happy with its performance.

Best Fan We Have Ever Had

We use this at night in our bedroom for air flow and white noise. The air flow is strong, controls are excellent, settings are great. The remote is convenient. It's not loud, but it also does add white noise to our room, which we love. It was easy to put together. It was worth the extra money to get a higher quality item.
I would recommend this to a friend!
