Very quite and great for the area it covers.
I used a professional to install it. You will need to fill it with refrigerant, caliber it, and make sure it's working. Unless you got the right tools to do this, you are better off hiring a professional to install it and make sure it's fully functional.

Price is good but quality low

I mean it works. I haven't used it in super cold temps yet but so far working good. My biggest issue is the loudness. Ita like a constant clicking sound. Like plastic hitting plastic while spinning over and over. Because ita in a bedroom...its terrible to sleep with that sound.
Im in a mobile home. They are super cold in winter and super hot in summer. So getting this installed was a must. I should of waited and saved money for a better quality unit because the sound is to much.
Its the inside unit that's loud not the outside. The price was worth the machine thiugh if its in a space you dont require silence. I will update this review when January hits with the super cold temps.
As for the seller. They were super fast replying when I only recieved one part of the system. I really appreciated that because I was panicking. They were fast with giving me updates etc. So that was great.
I will add that I dont have any warranties in any print or email, or even a warranty with the book or the system itself. So thats super concerning. If the sellers read this and would like to help me with finding the warranty I would really appreciate the help
