Okay…but…

Works okay!
It heats the bed. Heat distribution is okay - other name brands are better, but this is acceptable.
Problems:
1. Controllers are connected too close to the mattress pad and inline on the power cord. The controller has to hang down beside the bed and is extremely inconvenient to access.
2. The heat levels are far too high. Of 9 settings, I can’t use higher than the first/lowest settings. I use level 3 to heat before bed and then turn it off or down to level 1. For comparison note, I’ve been sleeping with two blankets and a quilt.

I wish I’d spent the bit of extra money and bought the more expensive name brand, namely because of controller position and no lower heat range.
