If I could give zero stars..

I bought this cooler one year and 20 days again. It stopped working last week without warning, just doesn't start again. Customer service says that there is only a guarantee of one year so they can't do anything for me. No replacement, no parts if something is defective. Don't buy this if you want something that will work longer than one year or if you want a guarantee that is ok. Really disappointed.....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
