I bought 2 and easy to set up. The plastic fittings for the window kits in both were cracked/ broken. Super cheap materials. If you don’t mind a bit of duct tape on them & it’s hot out, then these air conditioners are for you. I did a quick fix, but definitely dissatisfied that it was both kits.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi,
I bought the item on line. As a senior I had someone take it out of the box. They through the box out...I'm now going to give it to someone who needs this. I'll never shop. on line again, I need to see the product first.

It cools the room. Not hard to install, but makes very loud noises.
