Good but not GREAT

Looks nice but lacks some obvious features. It never remembers the previous setting and you need to program it every time you use the chair for a new session. The foot airbags crush your feet when on maximum. It's not great for taller people because the shoulder airbags hurt your biceps. They should be placed higher. It would be worth it if it has calf rollers but it doesn't. And the voice control, Alice, is ALWAYS listening. That creepy voice will answer "I'm here" all the time to anything she hears. She can hear talking on the TV or conversations across the room, and she will say "I'm here" for no reason. She keeps misinterpreting regular speech and reacting. It's very annoying. I hate her. I would not recommend this model.
