Good enough

This is a decent machine. Great CPU and GPU, then the shortcuts start. It didn't come with any extra hardware or accessories, I had to go buy a M.2 screw kit to add an SSD.
Quality is okay. It was packed well, but there is a screw or something loose in the bottom section, rattling around where the PSU resides.
I am glad they sent a motherboard that is officially rated for PCIe 5.0 because I don't think that was guaranteed. This allowed me to replace the very weak 1TB SSD (an E100) and replace it with a strong SSD (9100).
The 64 GB DDR5 RAM is a good buy at the current market conditions.
There is no good reason to put Windows 11 HOME on this machine. Relative to other gaming pre-builts, this is closer to a workstation type of PC; it should have Windows Pro with this Ryzen 9.
Overall, the unit is very clean looking. Doesn't look cool, but it looks nice. I wish the case had better ventilation and more inputs on the front.

Time, but worth it

TLDR: Ordered this December 26th, did not receive a working PC until January 17th, but works great.
They originally gave me a PC that did not work, so I did all the troubleshooting. It didn’t work, so I contacted support, and they deducted that I had a faulty GPU. After sending it back, it took about a week and a half until it was back from California. It is working, but they gave me the GPU model with two fans as opposed to 3 originally, which was odd. It’s the same GPU, so I haven’t bothered to contact support as that would cost me another two weeks. The computer, though, works great. I’ve been able to run all the games I have at high to ultra settings and I get good frames.

Fantastic machine

I bought this to replace an aging machine that was running best of last gen Hardware. This new Azure 2 devices is perfection and runs beyond expectations.
There was a bit of noise upon first running the system. I believe air needed to purge through the AIO cooler which occurred over time and tipping the case while installing new drives.
Runs like a dream.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing Machine

I got this pc a couple months ago as my first pc. Let me tell you, this makes dreams come true. It runs any game at 4k resolution and max settings mostly above 60 fps. It has excellent cable management, is extremely well built, and offers the most performance for your hard-earned money. I would strongly recommend this pc to anyone looking for one around the 2000 dollar price range because after researching parts and prebuilt companies extensively, this pc is cheaper than many pcs with worse specs than it. I have never had any performance or thermal issues. In my time owning this machine.
