Not spacial enough

They fit nice and are a bit louder than my other pair - but there was a button option (menu app) that says "spacial" I assumed it would give a wider open sound but no, it sounds like my other pair... It sounds like mono, in stereo (!?) I can still hear a stereo effect but it's a bit muffled like I'm listening to an old radio

Purchased for my boyfriend for his birthday. He’s only used just a couple of times. They do not stay charged. The case will say 100% charges. Then he takes an earbud out to use and it goes from 100% to saying 5%, then dies. I’m not sure I would recommend these.

Since the brand-new unit only comes with a factory charge, please charge the case and the earbuds for about 2 hours to ensure a full battery. To ensure that the earbuds are properly charging, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swap dipped in rubbing alcohol before inserting them, as they are susceptible to build-up of dust or dirt. If the issue continues, please reach out to our Customer Support for further assistance.

When the earphones in case. The phone can not connect or find the earphones. I missed the case somewhere and can not find it without Bluetooth connect. Also the speaker not really cloud enough

Great expectation shattered

Help. I have bought the Tour Pro 2, but struggle to connect with Bluetooth. A real issue and shame.

Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Tour Pro 2 TWS should automatically be in pairing mode once the charging case is opened. On your source device's Bluetooth settings, tap on "JBL Tour Pro 2" to connect. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Bought them yesterday and to be honest they’re much better than I expected this is my first jbl product and I can absolutely recommend it to anybody who wants to buy it, the hardware quality is high and it fits perfect in the ears. I compared it to my other earbuds too and the jbl live pro 2 sounds much better.
